Therapeutic channelling is a process through which we can consciously connect with other levels of consciousness and transcend our 'normal' ways of thinking. We can then ask questions and then channel answers in the form of information and guidance from that level - either verbally or through the written word. The guidance that comes is almost always of great value to the questioner. You can channel for yourself and for other people.
We connect with a 'higher' aspect of our own mind. We also connect with discarnate intelligence, which we can understand by referring to as a 'guide'. For me, there is a paradox here - the guides are both aspects of our own 'higher' minds and at the same time are part of a collective consciousness that is 'separate' from us as individuals. To me this is a question of perception. My guide has the name Ortundra.
Over the years I have come to accept that the phenomenon of guides demands an intellectual leap in consciousness. Quantum physics tells us that absolutely everything is interconnected. On the quantum level subatomic particles are not objects as such, but rather tendencies to exist - sometimes they behave as particles, sometimes like a wave. They are indeterminate packets of energy that vibrate. So are we!
I teach a very effective meditative visualisation process through which people connect with their own guide, or higher self, and activate the channelling. It involves being very grounded in the physical body as well as going into a gentle altered state of consciousness.
